My last 2 appointments have been disappointing. The last one was canceled and I was never notified when I got to the office it was locked and the girl at the front desk wouldn’t even come to the door to tell me or answer the phone. I could see her there looking at me! I ended up talking with some nice man in London who was able to inform me that they had canceled my appointment. Then today I arrive for my appointment ( my reminder card showed today’s date) but again the same girl at the desk told me it was yesterday and they had no time for me today. I drove 40 mins for this appointment that I now have to reschedule and take my child out of school again for.

I had gone to this office for several years and was very satisfied until my last visit which has now been several months. They seemed to have several new support people a couple of which were loud and rude. I was still wearing my mask as it is required in every medical office I’ve been to except this one. I caught the one nurse making fun of me for wearing it. Even the doctor was more abrupt and unhelpful than usual. I will not be going back.

Extremely unprofessional. Laughed at me when I revealed sensitive medical information. They also filled more expensive versions of the medicines I need instead of cheaper generic/long-term prescriptions. Finally, they constantly, and at times rather aggressively, demanded not only my own, but my parents’ social security numbers. I am 25 years old and no longer on my parents’ insurance, and no other office I’ve been to has made such a demand, so there is no viable reason for them to demand that information, especially as frequently and aggressively as they did, unless they were trying to steal someone’s identity. Terrible place, 0/10, absolutely do not recommend.

Competent doctors but way overbooked. My appointment was about 45 minutes late and lasted 3-5 minutes. Dr. Davies seemed stressed and preoccupied, and seemed to have no time for questions. This sign in the examining room was pretty wild, too. I think they need to hire more doctors or schedule less patients!

Everything about my appointment was bad. My appointment was an hour late and the front desk didn’t seem to care about how this affected me, or anyone else. The service I received was also laughably bad and I could only ask 2 questions for my hour of waiting. Don’t go here.

The receptionist was rude, disrespectful and unkind toward me and entirely dismissive throughout my encounter with her. She dramatically “rolled her eyes” when I left the office stating that I would have my pediatrician call back later. I will not return to this doctors office and will ensure my pediatrician is made aware of my poor experience. I drove nearly 2 hours to be turned away because a referral wasn’t scanned in.

2 out of 3 times I’ve visited this office, I’ve had a really bad experience w/ the doctors. Both times, they were women. Historically, female doctors I’ve seen generally have some capacity for empathy and skill with communicating, but not these two. Unfortunately, both had terrible bedside manner, were downright disrespectful and rude, combative even. Strange to see such an attitude directed at patients. I honestly left feeling like this doctor perceived me as if I were gum under her shoe.

I’ve been going here for almost a year and a half for cystic acne treatment (presumed hormonal as I’d never had it before and it started occurring after 21). The APRN I went to initially had me on antibiotics for almost a year with it being a short-term solution which also stopped helping the acne. I switched to Ragan Davies (she also previously removed a lesion from my leg which was done wonderfully) and I completely recommend her. She discussed alternative treatment plans my first visit with her and we decided Accutane would be the best option. She started the process the same day and I’ll be ending my treatment soon with amazing results! I’m very pleased to have made the provider switch and feel taken care of each time I go. Appointments do sometimes feel rushed but I try to be considerate given the current state of healthcare and the amount of time they’re allotted to spend with patients.
