I paid $50 dollars for a wash and set just for my hair to come out looking like I did it myself, told the lady that my hair was still poofy and if she can flat iron it and she said no it’s not poofy. Overall terrible place I could of just kept my money and did it at home. P.S my roots is still curly

Here is a sad and upsetting experience I had on Dec 17,2022. I entered this saloon with about 27inches long relaxed hair and left with a wet tangled hair. Went to another salon where they tried their best to save my hair from the damage Minerva had caused but I ended up home with about 14 inches. Don’t go to this place if you value your hair. Horrible experience.

Critical: PunctualityPrices vary wildy for the same service and length of hair in a very short span of time. She focuses more on getting bone straight than having healthy straight hair. You make an appointment but she keeps on pushing you back so she can work on color treatments. Ridiculous.

Everyone there is really nice. They’ll ask you questions to make sure you like what they’re doing and they understand how you want to look.Feel free to call and ask how much a styling will cost.Definitely give it a visit!
