My son has been going to this salon for over 10 years. Tonight we paid $25 for a ‘haircut’ that I could have done a better job on. The stylist didn’t even use scissors to trim my sons hair. She didn’t cut at the requested length and was ‘faded’, lines still visible, using the beard trimmer. My son was nervous to ask her to fix it not knowing how much worse it could get so now I’ve spent money on a hair cut to only fix it at home. Incredibly disappointed and we won’t be returning. Updated post, the manager called to apologize for our experience and has offered to make it right. I appreciate the quick response and willingness to make it right.

I have followed my Stylist for years. She listens to what I want and gives her honest opinion. Then, she performs her magic!! Best stylist ever! Not all stylist know what to do with naturally curly hair. Mine wasn’t like this until after it grew back from losing it all.

I’ve been a regular for over 10 years, the prices are great, but what really makes this store stand out are the stylists. All very friendly and professional. There is very little turnover, so you know what to expect every time. Kudos to the owner for making it a good place to work. Happy employees are good employees and take better care of their customers. It’s too bad more businesses don’t understand this.

My son mentioned that the hairstylist was aggressive and seemed to be in a bad mood she also kinda mocked him for getting a haircut. I was not in there so I can’t say for sure but I do know my son and he wouldn’t make something up like this, it really bothered him so we will definitely not go here again. Oh and also at one point he mentioned she kept pulling his hair for some reason. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but this is why parents stay with their kid when a stranger is with them. I did not think I had to since he is 13. Our cut was at 1230 today this should be addressed to everyone please and no need for a VIP my son refuses to come back the location was 6909 s 157th

Very friendly staff, make walk-in’s feel welcome. First stylist in area to get my hair right and make sure there’s no stray hairs. I’ve tried three others (the other places either didn’t listen or didn’t care). Glad I tried them before a salon, best $15 haircut I’ve got since moving to West Omaha.

I showed the woman a picture of hair that was below the chin. She made a note she was going to cut my long hair to short below the chin. She also asks me if I want it the same length all the way around which I did and we agreed that is what would happen. Then I guess she completely forgot what I asked for and cut my hair way shorter than we agreed on and on top of that cut it shorter in the back so it is not even all the way around. I have never felt more humiliated in my life. I am the opposite of happy with the service I received. Never coming back.
