I am in the process of researching laser hair removal, and recently completed a consultation and free trial session with Milan in Durham. I have been floored by the positive experience so far! I had done hair removal via Groupon years ago, and had a negative experience with short-lasting results, so I started researching this go-round with high standards and a lot of skepticism. However, of all of the places I’ve “interviewed” so far, Milan has stood out as the most professional, thorough, and transparent. They give you ALL of the information you need right up front. From pricing to process to what laser they use, all of that information is presented clearly and honestly. And you really can’t beat their unlimited session approach. During the trial session (performed by an NP by the way), I was thoroughly educated on how to prepare, what to expect during and what to look for afterwards. As a health care professional, I really appreciated how thorough this portion was. I haven’t even purchased yet, but just wanted to share how excited I am about the possibility of this approach to hair removal (currently shaving every dang day, and always have). I also deeply appreciate how informative everyone has been, without being pushy at all. I have not yet purchased, but have not once felt pressured or pushed. If you are considering laser hair removal, I’d highly recommend scheduling a consult with Milan. I’ll try to update my review once I get a few sessions under my belt!
