Positive: Quality, ValueThis was a great experience for me I went in and they immediately started my hair. The show they were watching was very entertaining as well. I wasn’t sitting in the chair an absurd amount of time she was very professional and quick I love my braids they look amazing! This was a great experience for me I went in and they immediately started my hair. The show they were watching was very entertaining as well. I wasn’t sitting in the chair an absurd amount of time she was very professional and quick I love my braids they look amazing! I’m extremely pleased and I will make sure I return to let her do my hair again

I told her from the beginning that I didn’t like my hair I asked for butterfly twist and she gave me really big long knot twist. I asked for half of my money back seeing that I told her I didn’t like it and I didn’t get it finished but you can keep half for the horrible job you did do. I also asked her did she know how to do butterfly twist she says yea. They make you pay before service only to do your hair messed up. I told her from the beginning that I didn’t like my hair I asked for butterfly twist and she gave me really big long knot twist. I asked for half of my money back seeing that I told her I didn’t like it and I didn’t get it finished but you can keep half for the horrible job you did do. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueOn August 3rd I called to schedule an appointment to get “passion twist” done, which I arrived 30 minutes early and my appointment was scheduled at 10am. Prior to that, when I spoke to the hair stylist over the phone she set up my appointment and stated I would need to buy the hair. Not thinking what kind of hair she prefer, I went to earths beauty salon and purchased the hair. Not to mention the hair was $80 and it was non-refundable, which I knew that but I was confident that I purchased the right hair. As I was stepping foot in the salon, the stylist asked to see the hair and her exact words we’re “ this isn’t the right hair, sorry. You have to order the hair online” and continued to braid her clients hair. I said “okay, thank you” and walked out. I should have asked the stylist what hair she uses, but that wasn’t on my mind. I was unimpressed with the shops service, consideration was out the window as soon as I walked in. They need better communication skills especially if someone is driving 30 minutes or more to your location and on top of that you have to purchase your own hair. For my own understanding of a hair stylist is that you should be able to work with any hair. There was nothing wrong with what I brought. The stylist was very unapologetic, inconsiderate, and nonchalant about the situation. On August 3rd I called to schedule an appointment to get “passion twist” done, which I arrived 30 minutes early and my appointment was scheduled at 10am. Prior to that, when I spoke to the hair stylist over the phone she set up my appointment and stated I would need to buy the hair. I’ve gotten my hair fine her about 4 times and yes the kinda give you what you ask for but its always something wrong like its entirely too tight or a braid falls off because they didn’t braid of my hair with the tight braids they put in i just got my hair done on 04/05 and I took them down 3days later because the braids were too tight lapou did my hair by the way the charge me 250 the first time and my hair fell out and 160 the last time and that’s when my braids were too tight damaging my scalp and most of the digital ringlight type pictures ARE NOT THEIRS!!!Services: Hairstyling, Hair extensionsThey charge you so much money but when it’s done it’s always something wrong with my hair after a few hours or about a day later.
