Stephanie is literally the worst manager. Every single billing cycle they have to call me and ask me for the same card they have on file! Most companies you can’t stop from taking your money, this lady cannot figure out how to use the card on file smh. Oh and then she’s a real peach when she does talk to you on the phone. 10/10 do NOT recommend this location until they get their management trained.

Your scheduling people are the worst. I cancelled an appointment 01/19/22 because I was running a fever. The lady on the phone rescheduled my appointment for today 02/01/22 at 12:30. I arrived for my appointment and, according to them, I did not have an appointment. Yes, I did have an appointment but your scheduling person forgot to put it in the computer. I was treated like the mistake was mine, not Message Heights. I love my therapist but I don’t have the time or patience for such inexcusable mistakes. I have had a membership with Message Heights since you opened your first location in Ankeny. Get your act together or I will be moving on…

You take the bad with the good at this place. First, there were some scheduling issue that required my appointment to be moved. I wouldn’t typically mind this because I understand it can happen but, in reading other reviews, this appears to be a pattern with this location so I thought it was worth the mention.

I purchased three 1 hour massages as part of their holiday promotion package and you can only use 1 as they are considered introductory price and they charge you double so your $70 massage becomes $140 double, forcing you to join there membership program, almost double what some of the nicest spas in West Des Moines charge. This is total false advertising and unprofessional!!!! I would not recommend!!!!

Tried the new text service and it took 2 hrs and 50 min for them to get back to me in the middle of a business day. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had a massage and facial on July 3 and proceeded to leave a $30 total tip, $15 for each lady to split who took care of me. I have a $56 charge on my credit card now. This is AFTER one of the ladies who works there scheduled the incorrect date for my massage and facial, then my mom was told (she bought this for me as a gift) that I CALLED AND CANCELLED the original appointment that was supposed to be June 19 but the person speaking with my mom scheduled it for June 12. Then they proceeded to lose the gift card purchased by my mom.I never cancelled, it was supposed to be scheduled for the 19th, they lost the gift card, AND NOW I’m being charged almost DOUBLE to have some lotion rubbed on my face and back.
