I came here yesterday for the first time and was very impressed by the high level of customer service I received. I signed in and I was greeted. A woman stopped what she was doing to walk up to the desk and assist me. I got an acrylic refill and fixed two nails and gel polish. Van was very professional and kind. She was fast, but very detailed and did great shaping for me. I will go back to her for sure!

Asked for a small trim or file and he chopped my nails down to the skin, cuticles cut til swollen. Polished nails with gel without cleaning the old polish dust off the nails. It’s not the cleanest place. And had a gel mani and pedi in less than an hour. Big disappointment. There are nicer placer to spend that kind of money in an hour. Won’t be back.

Took a minute to be helped…..the person who helped me did my pedi …she was nice offered me a drink;red wine it was good. I got the vip $30 plus gel. The pedi was VERY fast. I probably won’t return because it was so fast and barely to no callus removal and I that’s the main thing I like with my pedi but overall 7/10 experience. Pedicure

Horrible is an understatement! I will NEVER be back here! First and last time. Kim is the most rude person that has ever done my nails. When I came in, I sat for 30 minutes unattended, while people that came in after me were helped right away. It was until I just got up to walk out that I was even acknowledged. I was specific about the service that I wanted and not only did Kim go back and forth with me about what was easiest for her but she completely disregarded my request and tried to do what she wanted anyway. When it was time to paint my nails, she got frustrated with me because I asked her to paint my whole nail. She told me that I didn’t need the sides of my nails painted. After my request was ignored a second time, I asked her again to paint the full nail and she literally started squeezing my fingers. I’m 8 months pregnant so I didn’t want to react emotionally so I didn’t address it. Nonetheless, the service that I was provided as a paying customer was horrendous and I would be able to just overlook it if it wasn’t for the icing Kim put on top. Just save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I’ve been to 5 different nail salons, where I get dip and pedicure, since moving to the area, and this is where I’ve stayed the last 4-5 months. The only negative is they’re a little more expensive than other places I’ve been, but to me it’s worth the good service and quality. The salon is large, bright and clean. There’s plenty of staff and they’re all good enough that you don’t need to request a specific technician. They do manicure in the pedicure chair, which halves the time it takes to get both. They give a good massage pedicure and do a great job manicuring and shaping. Dip doesn’t lift for at least 2-3 weeks. Super nice people. Beautiful job every time I’ve been.
