Very frustrating and disappointing experience. My husband purchased a gift card in May and I have been trying since May to use this to get a massage. They rescheduled appointment 3 times , and the last appointment no one called me and told me not to come. When I came in the associate could not find my appointment. I asked for refund at this point she said only manager could give refund. Manager never called us. We have tried emailing and got no response. To this day I have not received massage or refund. Very disappointing.

AVOID THEM! Rip off location and terrible practices. They do an authorized(!!!) charges on your credit card. Went for a massage and they told me I had to pay for an extra that time, when in fact I had one free with my membership. They could not figure it out, since the girl said I see one that you still have but I can’t apply it at the checkout in the system. How is this suppose to be my problem!??? Spent 30 min there waiting they couldn’t figure it out. We counted my payments and my times that I came, and everything was just exactly as I said, but still… The girl said only our manager can fix this and they are not here. So I said, ok, do NOT charge my credit card and have your manager call me to discuss and figure this one out. So I left, 30 min later I see that she did charge my card! Unbelievable!

I have been a member here for five years. About a year ago, they apparently lost a significant number of therapists, including my regular therapist. Since that time I have not been able to make an appointment. Everything time I have tried, they said they were fully booked out for a month. I called on Wednesday (May 25) and they said the next available appointment was after July 1. I told them I wanted to cancel my membership and they said they would email me a form to fill out. They never sent the form and so I called back today. I have a large number of credits I will lose by canceling but it doesn’t do any good to have credits if you can’t use them. I suggest you go to a different location or, if you use this one, don’t become a member.

I have been a member for over 12 years. I used to be able to book appointments within a day or two which works for me. I have over 15 pre-paid one hours massages that I pay for monthly. My home store is Winter Garden. I haven’t been able to book a massage there in several years. I usually have to go to Kissimmee or Dr. Phillips. Right now there are no appointments available for a massage until July. Especially if you want a 90min massage. I need to cancel my membership, but when I do, I lose my pre-paid massages. That is around $900 lost. Massage Envy used to be a great program. Not anymore.

My therapist is the best !! But the management is very poor. They promised to reschedule me to the same therapist after the renovation… but it didn’t happen as promised. They gave it to somebody else.. this is the 2nd time this happened to me.. last year, my therapist can’t work mornings, and moved her appointments in the afternoon… guess what, I wasn’t informed , they just called the day before ( late in the afternoon) that my morning appointment was canceled coz my therapist switched her hours in the afternoon and that she is already booked and they have to cancel me!!!!! I didn’t say anything…. they made a mistake.. fine! It happens.. but now the second time??? …. no way !!! I am a paying customer like everyone else. JUST FYI: I BOOKED ALL MY APPOINTMENTS FOR THE WHOLE YEAR OF 2022 SINCE AUGUST 2021.!!

I am a regular member, never had any issue but today that I transferred an appointment to my sister, I got a call from Kevin and requested my approval to transfer my appointment to her, when I already did 1 month ago. After a couple of min, he called me back to tell me that my card in file is expired and requested a new one. It was odd since I am automatically charged for the membership every month to the same card, however I checked the card and it expires in 2025, so I told him and ask him if he can check it again. He very rude, told me that I have a credit card that is expired and if I don’t pay $10, he will charge my sister $95. Plus he already checked the card and is expire. Even his tone of voice started to ge louder. So I was trying to explain him again that my card is not expired and I don’t know what card he is talking about. He just hang up the phone (what king of professional is that ? What a horrible customer service) I called again, he did not answered the phone, I called my sister who was there and explained me that Kevin was the only one there and he saw my call and he didn’t want to answer it. Then after 15 min, my sister called me back and told me that Kevin tried to charge her not only $10, but $80. She realized the amount was incorrect and told him, very rude he told her that this is not true, she showed him the datafast with the amount = $80 and he kind of “laughed” and told her that it is a datafast issue but he will manually charge in the system $30 (which was the correct amount).

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have been going to this location since they opened. 10 plus years. Never had any issues or complained about anything. Had an issue this year with scheduling for 2022 with my usual therapist Melissa who is the BEST. Never had any issues before now with scheduling advance appointments with her through the years. Management kept telling me they were working on getting it taken care of for 2 months. Never did anything, so reached out to owners who have posters plastered all over the place at the SPA to call them regarding any issues. They have not returned my calls to them. Left messages (2) times in 10 days without a return call. Clearly they are not going to help with the issue, but not calling back is just TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went in for a massage today. I have never had a massage as bad as mine today. I requested a deep tissue massage and specifically asked the massage therapist to focus on my shoulders and neck. I told her those were the only areas I wanted her to focus on. She did not spend more than 5 minutes on this area. Instead she focused all on my lower back, arms, and hips. I could feel her rolling over knots in my shoulders when she started and ended, but she did not work on them at all. I walked out with pain behind my shoulder I didn’t have when I walked in. I’ve needed around the clock aleve to offset the pain of whatever she did to my shoulder.She didn’t start until 11:20 because she was late, and ended at 12:00 even though I was told “you’ll get the full time”.On top of that, she stabbed me and scratched me with her fingers so often. I literally had to brace for impact when she would start again. I just kept hoping she would work on my shoulders and neck. and she didn’t. I already booked a massage elsewhere for tomorrow in hopes they can undo the pain she caused while also working on the tension and soreness I walked in with today.I didn’t want to write a review but I emailed the manager and she said “next time, tell the massage therapist what you want”. like ok, it’s definitely all about the money, definitely not about customer service.also PSA if you sign up for a membership it’s nearly impossible to cancelI went in for a massage today.
