Terrible job done by Anna. Work in a hurry to be attending to everything. I paid for a mani and pedi just for cuticle cleaning and my hands were worse than they were.And from the pedicure it was appalling pay to put your feet in hot water and scrub you There was no deep cleaning at all. My friend and I just got pedicures and paid $40 for them to just paint our nails. The polish is smudged and there is still skin that was not scrubbed off. No massage at all, they just rubbed lotion on our feet, did not scrub them, did not put any thing in the water, and water was cold. We felt very unwelcome and kept getting dirty looks. We did not get asked any questions on what kind of pedicure we want or any common courtesy questions they just did what they wanted and just talked to each other. By far the WORST pedicure I have ever gotten.

me and my friend went to get our toes done the lady didn’t say two words to me except the price at the end. she was too busy talking to the other lady next to her. my two-year-old nephew gives better massages. I could’ve painted my toenails better. if you just wanna get your feet wet and painted this is the place to go. waste of money, horrible service, very unwelcoming and rude.

Went for a pedi an one of the worst ones i got did not scrap my feet when asked her to do it she huff an puff an didnt put interest i was willing to pay more if she wanted but didnt want to put in the work so if u r looking for a place to wet ur feet an paint them here it is

If I could give them zero stars I would! I went there for a pedicure and a dip manicure with some friends. I usually only go to one place for my nails but they didn’t have enough appts and my friends booked an appt here which after reading the reviews I knew I shouldn’t have gone but I did anyway I decided to try it out and needless to say I will never go back! My pedicure was fine and then when it came time for my dip manicure she made me bleed on one finger and then ripped my skin off on another and all she said was sorry and then kept going over the cuts with a file!!!

Awful service! Went to get a full set. They kept moving me from different chairs 4 times and I was completely fine. When the lady finally arrives, I show her the picture of the shape that I want for my nails. She glued my nails on and then started to do the shape. When she finishes one hand I told her can you fix this one it’s wide. She flips out saying I’m too picky. That I’m not going to get the same shape as the picture. I was like ma’m I know I’m just telling you to fix this one. She kept screaming you too picky I can work with picky people you are not going to get the same. I was like why are you getting so upset to fix a nail? I am paying for it. I told her where’s your manager? She said there, the manager didn’t even get up to address the situation. I stood up and went to manager to charge me the nails I had on. She was like I’m sorry it’s ok.. I felt so embarrassed. Just awful.

Critical: QualityHave acrylic nails and got them filled and shortened. When I asked them to shorten it more they looked at me like a had 3 heads. They filed it down and my now my nails are crooked. Every time I would look at my nails to see if it was a good size she would yank my hand back.Also got pedicure and have cuts on feet due to extremely dry feet.
