The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and check in was easy. The waiting area was nice. However, that’s where the good news ended. I booked my massage for 90min and was really looking forward to experiencing some relaxation, sad I rarely get a chance to use my monthly subscription due to my busy schedule. The therapist assigned to me was SUPER unwelcoming. He seemed like he was irritated and it was a huge imposition for him to do his job. Eye rolls and sighs throughout the entire couple minutes introduction Absolutely no conversation, no directions, no checking on the pressure level. I didn’t let his attitude bother me as I was there for a service I paid for, but overall still disconcerting. The massage was very good though, but his bedside manner sucked.

Front desk girl was very sweet, massage was okay. I felt uncomfortable by the attitude of the therapist. He clearly did not wanted to be there the day I got the massage. He didn’t introduce himself neither gave me directions on what to do kind of assuming that I knew what I was doing. This was a wedding gift from my mother in law and I’m truly disappointed. I didn’t feel welcomed, I felt tense and anxious the whole time of the session. I won’t come back to this location that’s for sure.

The female therapist refused to treat me after I sniffled once due to seasonal allergies and then she said the skin on my back “felt hot” to her (it was 85+ out, had been driving in a hot car, and had just finished my morning coffee). I did not have a fever and said I would be happy to take a covid test, which they said they would not accept since their therapists can refuse treatment pretty much for basically “just feeling like it”. When I expressed my anger at this outrageous situation, and I refused to rebook, they tried to charge me for a cancellation. Thankfully the manager corrected that problem so I was not charged but I still will NEVER be coming back. I have never kept a massage appointment when I was feeling unwell, and this has never happened to me at the other spas I usually go to. I stopped going to ME a long time ago because of all the hassles they had created for me as a member. I only hesitantly booked here this time because I had been given a gift certificate, which I used for skin care products instead. DO NOT BOOK A MASSAGE AT THIS LOCATION

Friendly and professional staff, easy website/app for booking appointments on the go, very clean quiet environment. I HIGHLY recommend joining the program that discounts your massages and gives you a coupon for each month for different enhancements or add ons…like a facial or aromatherapy or rapid tension relief etc. You are also allowed one free massage credit a month which comes in handy when you’re on a tight budget but still need relief!

Went in for my first facial! The young lady was great! I scheduled an appt for the next month, and called to reschedule due to personal matters and was informed that their was a 50 percent cancellation fee, I could not reschedule and my facial was much more! I’m a person all about effective communication! You inform me of these things during my initial consultation and allow me to decide if I value this company to schedule my self care every month! The young lady who I spoke with had no customer service skills, and obviously hated her job, no apologies, and was like I need your card number now to charge YOU! DEFINITELY will not be Returning HERE EVER!! Any of the locations in Duval!!! I have found a Private esthetician who values my time and Money!!

Amazing Staff. Even while having to deal with rude customers and inpatient callers, Giselle and her Co workers at the front desk were calm and were still able to treat me with respect and a smile. Even thou facing difficulties through this day they stayed professional and took care of me as if it was any other day. That shows a lot of professionalism. Jason who was my therapist also did a great job and left me feeling new.
