Made an appointment the day before, came in at the scheduled time and they took me right away! Long Nyguen did my set and was amazing. Very fast, efficient, and positive experience. I was in and out in less than an hour, yet my nails came out perfect. It was not rushed, they were just very efficient and were very considerate of mine, and the other customers time. Critical: QualityUpdate: look at response, rude and unprofessional, quality of gel nails still chipped and I am not the first to leave a review about the quality of the gel chipping in less than a day.Paid $50+ for a gel filling and two nail replacements. I’m new to the area and decided to come here because it’s close to my home. I walked in and was asked what service I needed and then was just stared at. After about 5 minutes of awkwardly standing around she asked me to sit down at her chair. She proceeded to tell me that I should’ve called and made an appointment, and that she was busy. I told her I wanted to remove my current nails and just get a brand new set. She said she had no time and will just fill my nails and replace my two other nails. Don’t get me wrong, she got the shape perfect just how I like it but the gel peeled literally the same very night on two or three nails. They were closed Sunday so I called Monday morning because that’s when I had the time to go and when I called they didn’t have availability to fix the polish til 3.5 hrs later. Whatever I went when they said they had the availability even though it derailed my whole days plan, they seem to be ALWAYS busy and booked out for the day which is odd, they should hire more people. The same very day the same nail peeled in the same spot. A week later I now have 8 out of 10 nails peeled and ugly looking. Critical: ProfessionalismI went to this location under the old management and never had an issue, they took walk ins whenever they could. Under the current owner twice now, they have told me at 5:45pm upon walking in the door, that they are closed for the night. Even though their sign and web details state 7pm. I am physically walking into your salon more than an hour before you close and you say no? That’s wild to me. I could understand if I walked in at 6:30 and wanted a service done, but when the salon is empty and you are sitting and chatting with a customer at 5:45 and have that response it’s just unprofessional.Services: Pedicure, ManicureI went to this location under the old management and never had an issue, they took walk ins whenever they could. I went to this location under the old management and never had an issue, they took walk ins whenever they could. Under the current owner twice now, they have told me at 5:45pm upon walking in the door, that they are closed for the night. Even though their sign and web details state 7pm. Wish I could post a picture. I can’t figure out how others did? I got my nails done here for the first time two days ago, and the GEL polish is already chipping off on 6 nails! Yes, 6 of the 10 in only 2 days! I’m not even rough on my hands/nails. I’ve never had this happen before and I’m so disappointed! Waste of 60$, won’t be returning.
