I highly recommend Michelle at Massage at Arrowhead Creekside. She offers an ashiatsu massage, which is the Best. Massage. EVER. I went to her with extremely tight muscles, and she was able to provide this deep tissue massage with out the bruising I typically experience. She’s also fantastic at distracting you from any discomfort with a fantastic conversation. I walking into her studio with severe pain in my shoulders and lower back and difficulty turning my head. I left feeling better than I had in months. Thank you Michelle!

I can’t say enough about Michelle. Being a previous therapist myself, it is difficult to find someone that can do trigger point and deep tissue properly.
