I had an appointment on June 28 for a mani / pedi with Lisa as I was leaving for a European cruise the next day (on the same flight as Lisa’s daughter). When getting ready for the airport the next morning I noticed one toe was missing nail polish, then another toe went missing nail polish. I obviously did not have the time to have them re-done so I found a polish that was as close to the same color and brought it along. On the way to the airport I called and left Lisa a message that I was not happy with the outcome of my toe nails. (During the next couple of days all of the nail polish left my toes). She never returned my call so when I returned home I called and left a message to have Lisa call me regarding my situation – she never called. I left Lisa a $20.00 tip and this is the customer satisifaction I receive????
