If you want your nails done quick & cheap, this is your place. Mediocre job. No acentone used to remove previous gel, he filed my nails all the way down and burnt my finger multiple times with the file. I asked for a plain gold strip to be added and I was informed they have “no solid gold nail polish.” I was rushed when picking out my colors. No attention to detail. I wanted the polish changed on my toes but decided to go else where with how poor of a job was done & how rude the nail tech was. Corners not even fully painted and already has a big chip on one of the nails. Will not return.

They done a really good job on my nails. My only complaint was I thought the pedicure could be a little better fir what it costs. Positive note though, I really like they put individual bags in the foot spa and are disposable and I also like the individual soap and cream packages for pedicures. Very clean establishment!

From the moment I walked in the entire staff was rude, not just to me, but to everyone. Everyone acted like they didn’t want to be there. I asked for a manicure and dip powder. I didn’t get the shape I asked for, and the nails are unevenly shaped. I was told I was finished even though he didn’t actually give me a manicure. I asked for the price of the manicure to be removed from my total, and all they did was take $2 off the price. I was fed up with the whole experience that I just paid and left, went home, and fixed my nails myself. What a waste of $65.

This salon is nice & clean, and the staff is always very friendly. They have always been very accommodating whether I make an appointment or just walk in. Their prices are quite reasonable as well. I love the massage chairs and all the options available for pedicures, and they have a huge selection of regular and gel polish. Definitely recommend this place!

Critical: ProfessionalismI will not negate from the fact that I was greeted when I initially entered the business. My issue is that I sat in the lobby waiting area for over 35 minutes waiting to be serviced. No one ever said anything to me beyond choose your color. Several people walked in after me and where serviced immediately (appointments I’m sure…but still). Even when I decided to leave no one ever said oh you’ll be serviced next or in this amount time ( I’m from out of town and that’s what I’m used to). I would not recommend getting your nails done here if you don’t have at least 1.5-2 hours of time to spare. Honestly I’ve been in Indiana for over a month now and have not found a decent nail tech, lash tech, or hair stylist. Guess I’ll have to keep flying home periodically to keep up with my beauty maintenance…..I will not negate from the fact that I was greeted when I initially entered the business. 2nd time going and 2nd time that my nails would start to peel. Everytime they started to peel was right when I got home and when they closed. It’s the same person that did it the first time- peeled them too, had to go back and had someone else fix it. Went there today and got the same guy who messed them up the first time and he has now messed them up a second time. When I also told him one of my nails were longer than the rest he told me that it wasn’t. After getting them painted, he proceeded to tell me that I was right and that he couldn’t tell without the color. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!
