My husband goes to this barber shop at least once a month and cannot find a single bad thing to say about it. He always leaves with an amazing haircut and a nice, clean shave. The staff is extremely friendly and really take the time to give you a good cut. Instead of spending money at a big chain support local businesses and come here instead.

First time and it was a good experience. I had the pleasure of having Tiffany take care of me. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She cut my hair , trimmed my beard and gave me a hot towel shave She did a great job. Place is very clean. Just was a little pricey but she did such a great job I didn’t mind. I will visit again

Lisa has been cutting my hair for almost a decade and she’s my first choice every time. She cares deeply about the experience that she gives to every person who sits in her chair, and she definitely delivers. Even after coming back from maternity leave, she’s still on point like she never left. Not only is she amazing when you have a specific idea in mind, but she always does the perfect cut when you’re not so sure what you want. Definitely the best in the area and would never think of going anywhere else. I’m so thankful for her skill.

Lydia’s is the best!! Super personable and friendly setting, always welcomed with a smile. On top of that they know exactly how to cut hair and trim your beard to have you looking like a million bucks. I won’t go anywhere else.

I like consistency especially when it comes to haircuts. However, this business has become very inconsistent as of late. First off, the business increased its prices for haircuts but advertise a lower price in their local ads. Additionally, I also noticed each time you leave your left wondering they charge for beards or they don’t charge for cutting beards? Then with one new staff member you receive a charge for literally having a couple of hairs cut on the beard. It seems like management is penny pinching or sending the wrong signals with training its staff inconsistently where the customer is left often getting surprises at the register. How awkward and uncomfortable! When you go to buy any product you expect to pay a certain price. However, it seems like the business is now getting greedy to nickel and dime the customer or maybe the rent went up??? Either way it leaves a bad vibe for the customer. Additionally, the business hours are also inconsistent. Lydia’s advertises to close at 5:30pm but apparently staff decide to make up their own hours as the day went along and decided to close 30 minutes early. How inconsiderate to its customers! Just when you rush to get to a place in time you get a curveball with the hours to which the reason given by staff for the early closing was because they “had a busy of enough day”. Seems like the focus on customer service and being consistent has been lost with this business. I am going to look elsewhere for haircuts where consistency is a must and consideration/focus is putting the customer first.
