HORRIBLE!! They’re very greedy with their products and clearly use cheap stuff. My nail chipped off the 2nd day from unbuckling my sons car seat. And the lady who did my nails did my cuticles AFTER she was done with everything instead of before making it look like my nails are old. I’m assuming to maybe make me come back sooner and get them filled. Also the black line and heart on the ring finger is smeared. The work is just very messy and not good at all. Will never go back and they won’t even give a refund.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery messy when applying the acrylic. I asked the lady to shape/file some more because the nails were huge. She smacked her lips and started doing some heavy breathing as if I asked her to do anything other than her job. She also told me if I get them filed down more and they break it’s my fault…Very unprofessional. She applied one nail crooked and then said it was bc my finger is crooked lol. Mind you I’ve never had anyone say that before and I get my nails done at different places frequently with no crooked nails.Very messy when applying the acrylic. Not bad but I got my cuticles grinded down instead of getting em pushed back ♀️ and she was rushing to get me out of her chair for an appointment so idk if it’s supposed to look like this after 4 days$60 the acrylic coming off ever so slightly

I usually like this place and it’s convenient because it’s close to my house. I went to get a spa pedicure which was priced at 40.00 as well as a manicure that was priced at 20 dollars. I paid 115.00 dollars plus a 20.00 tip since 2 technicians worked on my feet and nails. I didn’t get anything to special. I got some shellac polish and 3 toenails with acrylic. My feet are still feel rough and the acrylic on my toenails are pretty thick. The technician also made my toe nail bleed in which she put the acrylic over the blood . I asked for baby blue polish and one girl told me the pic I showed her was gray. Which was baby blue. I just told her ‘look, I want baby blue not gray. She was supposed to start my nails and then said nevermind I’m leaving. So after my Pedi another technician started my nails and then stopped mid point to wax someone’s eyebrows..lol .I am in disbelief they overcharged me so much. I will never go there again. I never paid over 100.00 for a Pedi and Mani (my real nails). And to top it off such poor service and bad quality work. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else.

This place is horrible! They have turned me down 3 times. They refused to file my nails and told me go back where you get nail done. She left me standing there while talking about me in their language. I have no idea what was said. She just said go back where you get nail. She is rude and even cussed me out.

At first I was in love with these nails, but after one week of having them, they broke off. Now normally, after a week they shouldn’t be able to come off without acetone. But they did. In fact all of them did. I feel like the nails just weren’t worth what I paid for. The technicians were very kind, and had great service, but overall the quality of my nails was not great
