The service at luxury nails is amazing! They really take their time on your nails making sure to make no mistakes. In addition, the pricing is very fair and much cheaper than other places in the area. I am beyond satisfied with my manicure and pedicure!

I have tried every nail salon from Bothell, Mill creek, Snohomish, Woodinville, Monroe…. and the few that Duvall has to offer. Yes, I have gone to each one more than two or three times in hopes that I just happened to get someone who wasn’t as talented or patient…… all have been discouraging and I’ve left disappointed and frustrated every single time. Luxury Nails Spa is a hidden gem and my favorite! While it isn’t all fancy with crystal chandeliers, marble countertops and freshly polished flooring, wine and soft drinks to offer like most newer salons do, the customer service, conversations, attention to detail and artistry is top notch! I’ve never had to wait for service, and am always greeted with a smile upon my arrival. They don’t rush or stop constantly to switch with another employee throughout your service (I’ve had that happen more times than I care to admit at other places, while I typically don’t mind…… it’s been quite excessive everywhere else that I’ve gone until now). Massages are fantastic and their pedicure spa chairs are just what my body needed. No weird roller positioning and they were so comfortable that I actually fell asleep when I went for a pedicure two weeks ago. I’ll definitely be recommending this salon to my family, friends and neighbors!

I like the menu of pedicures they offer and it was great to be able to also get my hair cut after quarantine due to COVID-19 at the same place where I got a pedicure! Our first time trying this place since we just moved to town. We were having mother daughter day and I brought my two daughters with me. There were only three people working and one of them was doing hair. My younger daughter wanted a manicure so they seated my older daughter and I for our pedicures. I had an older lady who was nice but lacked a certain level of customer service. The whole thing felt rushed especially when other people started walking in. The lady my daughter had pretty much burned her with too hot of towels and the paraffin. She didn’t wait to cool them down down! Then when she finally got to my younger daughter for her manicure it was very rushed and rough! I don’t think we will going back!

As much as the staff do a wonderful job on my nails, i’m truly disappointed with the new owner. She raised prices by $5 for nearly every nail service, but is also charging clients extra for using a debit or credit card. I believe she is also taking a large portion of any tip given if it is paid for by a debit or credit card, which is very unfair to her hardworking staff. Very disappointing. I may need to consider going back to Oasis.

I see that the other reviews are primarily from when this was Princess nails. It has changed owners and it’s name. They do a great job with my manicure and pedicure every time I go in. They are very clean which matters a lot to me.I recommend them highly.
