I got microblading done here for the first time last year and came back a year later for my touch up. I had a great experience and have had so many compliments on my brows. I, like many young girls in the 90s, overplucked in the past and was self conscious about my brows. It’s amazing what a confidence booster it is to have full looking, nicely shaped brows. He also answered all the questions I had throughout the process. He was very patient and knowledgeable of the procedure. I’ve never had my eyebrows microbladed so I wasn’t sure what level of pain to expect. It’s uncomfortable, but definitely tolerable. If you’ve had tattoos, it’s about the same feeling as that. I had my eyebrows microbladed with Sergey and I am so happy with the results so far!! He took the time to map my eyebrows out perfectly. He also answered all the questions I had throughout the process. He was very patient and knowledgeable of the procedure. I’ve never had my eyebrows microbladed so I wasn’t sure what level of pain to expect. It’s uncomfortable, but definitely tolerable. If you’ve had tattoos, it’s about the same feeling as that. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis business doesn’t even deserve 1 star! They did a horrible job on my eyebrows – the exact opposite of what I wanted. The eyebrow artist, Sergei, did not thicken my eyebrows at the front, instead he made them very high-arched, giving me a “freaky” look! I called back asking them to fix them; it was a simple fix, he just needed to elevate the front of the eyebrows and it’d have taken 10-15 minutes. Elena Maximova, the owner absolutely refused and sent me disrespectful text messages.This is a fraudulent business! Elena asked me to cancel my Groupon voucher for the microblading session saying she’ll honor the $188 Groupon price if I paid them directly, which I did. When I asked Elena to fix my brows, she started a fraudulent campaign saying I “owed them an additional $600 since the procedure was $800”, however, we never agreed to $800; we agreed to $200. I reported Luxury Lashes to the BBB and the FTC. Beware, this is a fraudulent business, they do a very poor job, they’re rude and treat customers poorly. The eyebrow artist, Sergei, did not thicken my eyebrows at the front, instead he made them very high-arched, giving me a “freaky” look! I called back asking them to fix them; it was a simple fix, he just needed to elevate the front of the eyebrows and it’d have taken 10-15 minutes.
