I made an appointment at 11am for today 10 days ago to get my nails done with Hana for my bachelorette party. I arrived today and the place had a new name, I was told Hana was not there, but someone else was doing my nails. I sat for 30 min in lukewarm water with no jets and no one even started on my nails. this is ridiculous. Why even allow appointments if you’re not going to stick to them at all. I ended up leaving and I’m going somewhere else. I would not recommend this place!

Lovely, relaxing, brand new salon and super kind staff! I only had a short time but they got me in right away and did mani and pedi at the same time so I could get on my way.
