Well I’ve been coming to this nail salon off and on for many years. The service and quality you get absolutely depends on the nail tech. Usually I get one or two of the nail techs that are patient and calm and I enjoy the experience. Not today, today I got a nail tech that rushed through both my manicure and pedicure and made me feel super anxious the whole time! He was very aggressive and it was extremely uncomfortable. He reached and pulled at my hands without warning. I usually recommend this place, but I’m going to have to reconsider. My friend went with me and she got a fill in and she was cut five times with acrylic left under her nails and all over her fingers when he was done. He also skipped steps during the pedicure and I was charged the regular price. When he finished his “work” he sat back at his station watching videos on his phone.

This is the best nail salon I’ve been to. I’ve had just about every nail tech do my nails and I don’t have any complaints from any of them. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Lary for doing such amazing work and doing the craziest designs for everyone. His work, along with the other techs, is top notch and is affordable. These guys don’t get enough credit for their art. 10/10

It was horrible. Their sign says $30 for a full set, then when the total came out it was $45! When I was sitting in the chair the nail tech guy started yelling at me for moving one time and then all the other nail techs started gathering around me and telling me not to move. They did a horrible job on my nails let alone my nails were burning and hurting. I have red irration on my cuticles and my experience was just flat out bad. When the total was $45 I asked them why and they started saying that the nail polish you have to pay separately and all the extra stuff. They said that it took longer for my nails so they charged me more, that’s obscene! I recommend not to go to this place because you will get horrible customer service.

Hadn’t been here in a long time. I got me, my daughter, and nieces nails done for Christmas. They did a horrible job but still paid and tipped. A week later after not pleased with the nails, 3 of my nails have already fallen off. They used to always be my “go to” but now I would NEVER recommend.

I’ll never go back again which is sad because I really liked going there but she made my toe bleed and cut other places on my toes to close, scaled my feet with hot water and water was running over the top and she had to clean up the overflowing water. My feet and ankles were still reddish pink by time I left. I feel like she over charged me and didn’t understand me when I was asking her questions about the fee. IDK maybe she’s new but I won’t go back.

My regular salon was closed today, so I decided to give Lovely Nails a try. I was immediately waited on by Joleen, who was very helpful and professional. The environment was fun and upbeat. I get dip nails, and today I chose a bright pink with sparkles. They look amazing and will definitely be my go to if my salon is closed again!

Tony, Bob, Lisa, and Michael are all amazing nail techs! Tony is so creative with designs, my nails have never looked so good. I get compliments on them every day. When you work in music , image is an important part of the whole act and they make sure I always am on point.

Absolutely awful. The man who did my nails was moaning the whole time like he was struggling to breathe or something. He was rough and made me bleed during my pedicure. I shrugged those things off. I got an acrylic french manicure next, and the part that really made me mad was when he left my old red nail polish in the nail beds and got mad and gave me attitude when I asked him to remove ALL of the red nail polish, ya know since that’s HIS JOB. I was getting my nails done for my wedding and the most important finger, my ring finger, he put the nail on crooked. I wanted a relaxing pamper day and nice nails for my wedding and I was extremely disappointed. Oh and it’s very dirty in there. His station had sticky stuff and left over nail dust from a previous client. Not to mention he kept wiping snot off his face with his sleeve while he was working on me. Never going back.
