I really do not understand the bad reviews they got because their massages are very pleasant. I am used to receiving a massage almost every week wherever I stay. I love strong massage and this is one of the most perfect Chinese massage I ever got. Prices are very attractive and the massage therapists are very nice. Moreover, the place is very clean. I have been a happy customer for over 3 years but recently was very displeased with how things were handled. I was told it would be 30 minutes. I said I would return and did about 25 minutes later. I then found out he told another woman 30 minutes too who was waiting and took her and then told me another 30 minutes. I understand you being understaffed or busy but that is bad business. I should of been told an hour. He should have better protocols in place. Like take a tab etc. I will return with hope you fix this.
