I called Friday to make an appointment and it turned out to be on a Sunday. I work late and live 30-40min away. I was really excited to donate my hair unfortunately I was running a little later for my appointment. I call to notify them that I’m running late and I’m told that the woman who was supposed to cut my hair wasn’t there and wasn’t answering her phone. I hope she is okay however, it would have been nice if someone would have called me ahead of time to let me know that she wasn’t there. So instead of getting my hair cut and donated I drove 1.5 hours around the Hollywood area. Just as a heads up to anyone looking to go here like I did. Double/triple check before you make a drive just in case.
