It was about 15 years ago that I had services at Renaissance. I have two scars on my face: one on my upper lip and one beside my nose. I believe I had filler injected. When they injected the area of my upper lip I heard my skin pop when the needle went in. It bled and I still have a scar on the edge of my lip. And I never saw a doctor—maybe it was a nurse (or the receptionist). I sent them pictures and they did absolutely nothing about it. I’d be scared to go there again.
