Some of the stylist here does an excellent job. I love bringing my daughters here but my issue is what I didn’t use get charged for they are now charging for it. THICK LONG COURSE HAIR! Even if I wash, deep condition and moisturize to detangle prior to arrival I’m still being told they’ll have to charge to detangle. Also their services are getting to high, it’s a wonder why customers desire to not leave until their hair is done right

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST. This is my second time coming to this salon and my first experience was terrible, but it is the only salon within walking distance from my home. I don’t have a car today, so I decided to give them another chance due to them being so close. First of all.. when you walk into this salon, they just stare at you and give you a side eye look. My daughter’s hair tangles very easy, and I explained her ends were damaged and she needed a haircut. While my daughter is walking over to get her hair washed, I hear them talking about me + my daughter in Spanish. Little do they know, I speak Spanish myself. One of the stylists actually said she was going to take my daughter to do her hair but changed her mind because of me. I have never had a bad encounter with any of these people, and have always been more than respectful and polite, so I don’t understand where this energy is coming from NOR do I appreciate the blatant disrespect. To sit there and keep making comments in Spanish about me and my daughter is crazy, especially because I can understand every word that’s being said. After today, I will never come here again. I don’t care if I have to take a $100 taxi, I’m refuse to come here.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE RUDE, UNGRATEFUL WOMEN! My mom just left this salon and she had a horrible experience! My mom has been getting her hair done for over 40 years and never has she had someone yanking her hair and jerking her hair with such force, repeatedly. She asked the lady to please calm down and the lady shoved the comb in her face and said, “Well, you do it!” My mom then stated she did not want her doing her hair anymore and tried to ask the other beauticians if they could wash her hair. The woman who was washing my mom’s hair hopped in between yelling, “No, they’re not gonna do it. No one’s gonna wash your hair. You untangle your own hair!” And so my mom walked out. Disgusting. Horrible customer service. Please, people in our community, stop giving them business because they DO NOT appreciate us!

Man someone gotta tell them to stop pulling ppl hair out. Who combs black ppl hair from the roots to get it detangled. I have coarse hair not white ppl hair. They are very ruff when combing. The wait is crazy also. They try to make u feel like it’s not that long by placing you under a dryer forever.

Been going to them since they opened up.Love this place. Celia is the best. Raquel is awesome too. They both straighten our hair enough to last at least a week or better. They always do an awesome job. Idk the woman who washes my hair often but she has a mug but she is very nice.. Love them all.. ❤ ..

If you or your children are “tender headed” DO NOT GO HERE! They are very aggressive when washing your hair. They use rat tail combs when they are blow drying your hair. And they pull really hard to try and get through the thickness. They should be using brushes as they are damaging the hair. For a silk press. They don’t go through the hair properly. They take shortcuts. The silk press really isn’t. My back was wet all the way up. Then they had the nerve to wrap my hair with bobbie pins. I did not see one license on the stations. I saw a little girl get dang near lifted out the chair the lady was pulling her hair so hard. She held on to each arm of the chair to keep from being lifted up. It was pitiful. And I am assuming the lady is her mother that watched it happen without saying anything and her hair was not bone straight. Nobody that left the building hair was straight. I don’t know what kind of Dominican salon this is….but this is definitely NOT it. My hair was more straight going in than coming out. Looking at these review pics, I know darn well they know their hair not straight and had the nerve to post the pics… I KNEW BETTER BUT I WAS DESPERATE. BUT NEVER AGAIN!

This place is ridiculous they stay changing the price everytime I come in it’s some new at this point I’m going to find someone else they really need to get out of my neighborhood bc they are useless. It’s pointless to even keep coming when I always unhappy with the service. They they speak they language as if no one knows they talking about us smh it’s a rap
