I never post a bad review about anyone, I’m a firm believer of giving people the benefit of the doubt, because communication is key. I am in the service industry as well, so I pride myself on trying to deliver the best customer service I can. I contacted the salon early Saturday morning to get just 2 French braids, a very easy style. I sat down in the stylist’s chair with a picture and she began to cut up my pack of hair and then slick my hair down with Jam. Midway through I had her correct one thing, so she took the hair out and then told me that she could not do my style. She said “I can’t do it the way you want, because I do it my way, and I’m not gonna be able to continue” .She then puts my hair back in the bag after she cut it up and she leaves me with a half head full of sticky Jam product and makes me get out. It was a nightmare. All I said to her was if you could not do the style once you saw the picture you should have let me know before you touched my hair and left me hanging with a sticky head. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. So now I have to find someone who can fix it, wash it and I have to go buy new hair because she ruined the bag of hair that I had. What a horrible experience.
