Extremely disappointed with my Keratin service. I found Linzey though Facebook and decided to make an appointment with her because she was offering a special on Keratin treatment. I have had Keratin and Brazilian Blowouts interchangeably for 5 years. I understand how the product works and what to do to ensure it works properly. My first issue was finding the salon. My GPS did not recognize the address and I was a few minutes late, but made sure to call Linzey to let her know I was lost. When I arrived she did not even introduce herself but started talking about her late customer policy. Again, I called her as soon as I realized I was lost to let her know (I’m brand new to the area). All interactions were awkward with Linzey. She continued to talk about prices the entire time and even brought up how she decided not to charge customers for snacks. Fast forward to the first time I washed my hair after the treatment and nothing had changed. I could recognize as soon as I left the salon that my hair wasn’t as straight as it typically is, but wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I contacted her immediately and asked for a PARTIAL refund. She refused and claims that all customers are happy with Keratin. I would stay far away from Linzey. I know I will never return and wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.
