Lex the stylist was late to my appointment and I had to reschedule an appointment I had after that. Was in the shop for five hours when booking said 3 hours. No apology no nothing. All that time in the shop for my tracks to be slipping out three days later.

My daughter’s braids look great, very neat! The shop was clean and they were promptly on time. My one complaint is they had really violent, gory movies on that weren’t appropriate to be playing in a place of business.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Two things I like when I go to get my hair done. 1: they aren’t on the phone the whole time talking about God knows what. 2: And that there isn’t day time TV on where it’s annoying messy sounds in the background. This fit both and the young lady was very nice. I would have given 5 stars, but I over paid. I paid for the color braiding hair myself and was expecting to be reimbursed for that $40. I also paid the total amount plus tip when $53 should have been deducted because that was the non refundable deposit fee that goes toward total payment. I did state this before paying so she would do the deductions herself, but she didnt. It was cash only which I don’t carry and had to go to ATM. I like digital receipts and don’t like to math cash but I was hoping she would.
