I have been going to PBT for years severna park & last few years glen burnie.Everyone is always nice & friendly I like when they have new bulbs it does make a difference. At times the parking lot needs cleaning but looks like they just did that .I def want to shout out to micheal hes great he def knows his stuff always helpfull & I saw him 1 day seemed all by him self & he handled it great was . Getting spray tan ready checking others in along with answering questions . He is great def knows the bussiness & his services. This is a really great tanning salon. The staff is very knowledgeable and the beds are very nice. Even though the building is not all new and fancy, the beds and great and well cared for. They even just got a new one with new tanning technology, different than the other “regular” beds.

I am a regular visitor but today was a bad day. I used the standup bed in room 6 and it errored on me twice. The first time was saying the bed wasn’t ventilated enough and I was able to clear that one away. The second one would not be canceled and it ended my tan time early. The second one said the bed was too hot. When I left I told the girl working at the front that my tan was cut short and the booth/bed was too hot per an error message and all she had to say was that happens.

The service was excellent the young ladies are always nice. The prices are ridiculously expensive. I can only get spray tans due to family skin cancer risk. I used the Versa Pro spray tan booth and it was HORRIBLE! It was streaky, uneven and it just “laid” on my skin despite the machine “drying “ you in between sprays. I did all the skin prep, exfoliate etc and it was just terrible. So now I’m orange, streaky and out $104 for a month of spray tans.

Always very clean and stocked. Great deals and incentives. I’ve been going to this tanning salon at two different locations and have had the ability to try different beds as well as recieve FREE spray tans under my membership, could NOT ask for more.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years. The beds are clean, and the price is great! Would of gave 5 stars if they offered more than 2 Diamond beds. I seem to go when these beds are being used,so I have to wait or use a Platinum bed.Also, I miss Stacey. She was there forever and knew everyone by name. Made checking in so much easier.
