They didn’t perform any services. The lady said she was ready and had me sit down and soak my feet. She said she’d be back in 10 minutes . She didn’t turn off the water so it overflowed. A man came over and scooped water out of the tub with a dirty bowl. I then sat there for 45 minutes. The lady never came back and the man never even acknowledged me. My toes were starting to shrivel up. I got my own feet out of the water and left. Horrible experience.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe guy who did my nails was extremely unprofessional! My nails were horrible, obvious why I was there, to get them fixed. He kept bickering about every other nail making remarks about how bad they were, which again that’s why I was there to get them fixed. I had a family death and didn’t have time or energy to get them fixed sooner, did some gardening to help me relax, so again they were bad. I know. Had I complained about prices would have been a different story, but I didn’t even ask because money wasn’t the issue. I know they were bad. They call themselves a spa? what spa makes people feel horrible? aren’t spa’s meant to make you relax and feel good about yourself? not this place. If he’s tired of doing nails, then sir, please find another job, or change the name of the place. This is definitely not a spa! False advertisement indeed!!! The end results of my nails were ok. When she got up to leave they did not sanitize or clean. They wiped the pedicure tub with a towel on the floor.The girl was giving me a “manicure” and pushed my cuticles in instead of actually doing anything. It was bizarre and horrible. One of the best manicures I’ve ever gotten! As a guy I just get manicures to get my cuticles and nails cut and often I get rushed over. Not here! They took their time. Hand massage at the end was great too!

I came in hoping for a relaxing experience- but it was far from that. The lady who did my nails was extremely demeaning and rude and made my nail bleed. Instead of apologizing after she made me bleed – she kept going- pretending like nothing happened. I asked her if I could go wash my hand off because there was blood everywhere and she told me to wait until she was finished with the rest of then nails. I don’t know her name – but she should not be working there. I was horrified by my experience. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

I’ve been going here for years and have yet to find a place that gives this good a pedicure, especially for the price. The results are better than what I get in the Foothills. The techs are all very nice, and it’s not a swanky spa but they have massage chairs and the atmosphere is relaxing. Happy I came here, will happily recommend, & can’t wait to come back in the near future. Affordable, good result and service, what more do I need?

I only went here once, but I had an unpleasant experience so I’m not sure I will come back. I want to give the nail tech the benefit of the doubt and say she was having a bad day. She was yelling at her co-worker, and she was rough on my cuticles, cutting them very short and accidentally clipping my skin. It bled a little. The manicure came out a bit sloppy, bubbled and creased in some places. Also the shop wasn’t very clean.
