Carmen Peterson at Royal River massage saved my vacation !! In last minute prepping for our annual camping trip to Maine, my shoulder/neck muscles cramped up and seemed to slightly displace a neck vertebrae that has maintained stability over the past decade after a 2004 car accident and a year of PT. I was soooo uncomfortable on July 9, 2015 that I searched on my phone for a massage location when we rolled into Freeport. Owner, Lisa, returned the call within a few minutes and set me up for an appointment within the hour ! At home in NY I belong to a massage program and typically have 2 half hour sessions per month, but Carmen introduced me to myofascial release as well as performing traditional techniques. I was truly shocked at the rate of my recovery over the next 36 hrs. Vacation saved ! I was better than normal within 2 days. Thanks so much !
