At first I was worried about coming here because of the bad reviews. However, I was surprised that this place is only 2.9 stars! The staff is extremely welcoming and were really kind. If you ever decide to get your nails done I highly recommend Kim. She is super sweet and we had great conversations. I’m really happy because Kim gave me exactly what I wanted! The prices were also really reasonable, I highly recommend coming to this place you won’t regret it!!

My boyfriend bites his nails terribly so we decided he should try acrylic since his nails are so low and disgusting looking. So we went to here to get a refill. He had initially gone to Sophie’s Nails two weeks ago where Bee did not listen to him about wanting them short; he came home and I had to file them! My bf still messed with the acrylic and they were a mess by the time we got to Lavi so he needed a full set.

They did my nails good, but they lied and charger my grandma more for the acrylics. The price on the menu said 50$ and i was charge 80$. The manger lied and said I wanted really long, he was giving attitude when i chose my colors and want it short Acrylic nails

Critical: QualityI usually go here to get my feet done, and wax which they aren’t bad at. But the nail technicians are horrible. This is my second time coming here (as a last resort) and both times my nails were horrible. I was told no nail tech there was able to do nail art which is sad because with this being such a competitive profession now you would think salons would hire people with more experience to keep their business. The woman who did my nails was very sweet but literally couldn’t do any design i asked for. So I settled for something i thought would be super easy for her. Another nail tech ended up doing the design since she still couldn’t and when i saw how it was coming out i just asked for it to be on my one finger. I paid $65 dollars for this set. I have been going to this facility for few months already . I don’t know what took me so long to write my review . I go to KIM she is so great at what she does . Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWORST EXPERIENCE:I generally go to this place for threading, I went for the first time for pedicure. The experience was worst and pathetic. The lady was very unprofessional and looked like she wanted to finish it sooner. As a result, I ended up with a bleeding nail and blisters/ scratches near my ankle area which I noticed after coming back home.I tried calling them before writing this review to share my concern, so that no other customer gets similar experience , but no one answered. I think this facility gets a bad reputation because of a handful of inexperienced nail technicians. Nalinie is a very kind and extremely talented nail tech here and I have Never had any issues with my nails when she does my dip powerer manicure. However, last week Ann did my dip powder and it felt like she was rushing throughout the whole process of it. She did not follow any of the steps (I know Them all my heart now after getting professional manicures for 10+ years) she didn’t apply top coat evenly which caused my nails to chip and the polish to peel off in under a week, when a powder dip lasts well over 3 weeks. I contacted this place yesterday and spoke with Tony, who advised me to come back and he re-did my nails! Even though I had to go back, I’m glad that Tony was able to re-do my nails and he did them perfectly and I’m very happy with them now (no lifting) and the top coat is even. Maybe they just need more experienced nail techs like Tony and Nalinie.
