She is never in a rush and always takes her time during each appointment to ensure I have a customized facial and obtain the best outcome possible. She also spends time after the appointment reviewing my current routine and assessing what is and is not working to ensure the products I use are optimal for my current needs as I continue throughout my skincare journey. She is patient, informative, and honest when I have asked numerous questions about each product’s purpose, rational for use, necessity, etc. and has walked me through the application order and process. I had my first appointment at Boss Gal in Grandview yesterday and I was blown away! The entire staff treated me with warmth and kindness from the moment I walked in until I left. The receptionist was extremely nice and prompt. My skin specialist, Kaitlyn, made me feel so comfortable in my most vulnerable state (trouble skin isn’t fun to show bare faced). She was informative and enthusiastic about helping me to attain my skincare goals. I also saw an NP (I wish I remembered her name!) who was knowledgeable and accommodating – she squeezed me in for my first botox treatment. My first experience at Boss Gal truly made me feel like a queen. I’m excited to return for my facial regimen and botox maintenance. 10/10 recommend!
