I have visited Lady Janes on multiple occasions. Each time, there is confusion as to the price for my haircut as each stylist seems to charge me differently for a simple haircut. I have also made appointments, just to show up and they have already locked the doors and gone home 1 or 2 hours before posted hours despite my call prior to visiting and getting confirmation.

Too long of a wait to begin with. Spent 30 minutes to wait without any customers. Waited for the woman at the front to get off the phone for an additional 20 mins. When I finally was able to get chair , she got on the phone to call her “dealership” waited an additional 25 mins. Seems like she doesn’t prioritize the business to begin with. My haircut was VERY uncomfortable. She was heavy handed with the razor. Imagine being slapped on the head for 15 mins straight. WILL NOT GET A HAIRCUT THERE EVER AGAIN!

Today, I had a haircut with one of the hairdressers. She was very rude and impatient with me. She cut my hair way too fast and too short. She made a few mistakes, which is why it resulted her in cutting it too short. I showed her a picture for reference and explained properly how to do it. She told me I’m too picky and particular. Also, she provided an additional service of a hot towel and a neck shave, which I didn’t ask for, and charged me extra for it. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Took my son this morning for us both to get our hair cut. Got it and checked in and one lady took my son right away and the other took me a few minutes later so the wait was great. Received a decent haircut and then a shampoo and told I was done. OK great, never been here before so didn’t know what to expect… Paid $22 for each haircut (not a bad price) but as we were leaving I saw one of their signs with the services and saw that my $22 haircut should have included a hot towel and neck shave. Those would have been great, but were never offered, additionally one in our car I found out my son didn’t even get a shampoo. I don’t know if neither lady knew what services they are supposed to be offering or they just wanted to do as little as possible. Not sure I’ll go back, unless maybe someone else is working…
