Normally have no issues coming to this location. Everyone there is nice and understanding. Conveniently close to my work. I had Nikki, who was nice enough, but in no way, shape or form, gave me the haircut I wanted. Asked for a flattop, to which she said she hadn’t done a lot of, but would still do it. Eventually got to cutting the top, and told her I normally do a 1-2 on top for the middle of the flattop, and she just went right on through on the top, and ended up with a high and tight instead. I like high and tights, but that’s not what I came in for. Would have appreciated her just saying she’s not comfortable with doing a flattop. Don’t get me wrong, the high and tight was cut very well, no issue on the quality of the haircut, just wasn’t what I was expecting to walk out with. They did give me a mvp and discounted the haircut, but ultimately still had to pay for a haircut I wasn’t looking forward to getting today.

I got haircut today and I asked for 1 inch of the top only and the lady proceeded to cut 2 1/2 off the top which was detrimental to look of my hair. (For reference the top of my hair before the haircut was touching my nose now it barely touches my eyebrows) And without asking the lady decided to cut 2 inch of my sides, I like to have kinda messy long hair and I got this haircut for a important event in two days and it look like I let some blind dude use a bush trimmer on my hair. I look like my name is Oswald the 3rd of tinkle bottom establishment. Now I have to wear a hat for a month and skip an important event that my whole family planned to attend too because I look DUMB. When I told her I was displeased at what horrid things she did to my hair she acted like it was my fault for having this type of hair when I told her that I have a certain type of hair and what length I want. If you ever go to sport clips don’t let Juliana do your hair.

She was super friendly, informative and did a fantastic job with my haircut. I was given the complimentary MVP service since it was my first time and it was fantastic. The massage was amazing. Really friendly staff with a focus on keeping things clean and sanitized. While they are doing walk-ins you might want to make a reservation online to save yourself some time. Gave me a great cut and the whole place felt clean. Due to social distancing there isn’t a lot of seating but the staff was working as efficiently as they could to service everyone. Will go back, thank you for the great service.
