Used to go to this place all the time. Wanted to try the ombre styled hair, asked Kim if she could do it, she said she definitely could. Whatever she did to my hair was NOT ombre. I went home and cried. Had to pay $120 for another salon to fix it. Contacted Kim multiple times about what happened…looking for an apology or maybe even some money back and I got nothing! No response. I even called the salon multiple times and no one ever picked up. I was so loyal to this place but because of her unprofessionalism, I will never be back. I added pictures of what she said she could do. And what she actually did.
