This was my third time at Pinque Nail Bar. Greeting when calling to schedule an appointment is pleasant. Love the app and reminders. However parking can be a challenge and I’m always worried about dings and scratches as the parking spots are tight. Upon entering I was greeted and asked to wait. Usually a mimosa is offered when being seated. However not this time. Was disappointed about that.My tech Chloe was polite and did good work. Love the decor. Something different.

I have been loyal to this salon for the past year or so but lately I’ve had disappointing experiences. I called to book a gel mani and told the receptionist I had gel extensions that needed to be taken off as well. Great, no problem, all set for the appointment. I arrive there at the time of my appointment, get called back about 5 minutes in, only to get told she did not know I had extensions that needed to be taken off and didn’t know if she had the time. She went to check and finally started removing them at about 15 minutes into my appointment time. After soaking and drilling my nails for a good amount of time, I wasn’t too happy with the color chosen since it was too sheer and asked her if there was anything she could layer on to make it deeper, but she didn’t know and just asked me if I wanted all black. At this point it’s like an hour into my appointment so I’m ready to leave and I agreed, even though I’m not happy with the results and should have spoken up. Keep in mind that this was $40 for gel, $20 for removal, so $60 (plus tip) and it was all dry service with a drill.

Such a fun, unique nail salon! There is nothing like it in the area that I have experienced. The staff are all super welcoming and friendly. I absolutely love how my nails and pedicure turned out. They also offer you a mimosa with your pedicure. Definitely would recommend this salon to anyone in the area. Also extremely impressed that the products are all created by the owner/ her own brand and such great quality.

First time here, was a special occasion for a 10th birthday surprise for my daughter. Easy to get to from Fort Myers. The decor is magical from an adult and a child’s perspective. But the decor created a calmness and tranquility environment that added to the relaxed experience you’re often trying to achieve when pampering yourself. We will definitely be back! They were very accommodations also with appointments for us.

After having another nail salon do my nails, I was more then upset with how they turned out. When I called Pinque Nail Bar they got me in right away and did the greatest set of nails I’ve ever had on my hands! Sabrina took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted in all aspects, shape, color, design, and size and then totally rocked the job!
