I walked into what I thought would be a cute spa to stop in and share my business with as well as finding a new spa in the area for myself. As I waited to be helped at the front desk, I was approached by an esthetician from the back who looked at me as if I was misplaced. I then said hello and even the hello was awkward. I then asked her to tell me a bit about what they do there and she replied with attitude as if it was an inconvenience to inform me of their services. All that was stated was facials from what I was briefly told. I then started to share my business for some insight rather she was interested or not and she then told me she was on her lunch break so I could see myself out. I’ve never felt so disrespected to be quite honest. It’s one thing to not support small businesses, it’s another to act like that. I didn’t even get the chance to grasp what I had walked into. I wish this wasn’t the case due to the inside being so vibrant and inviting. From the Instagram these seemed like very approachable ladies but the Customer service and response just was not there.

Katy is amazing, she is so personable and knowledgeable. I’ve only had laser hair removal 3 times with her now and I’m amazed with the results, I’ll never go anywhere else for my treatments. The atmosphere is always calm, quite, and clean. She makes everything so comfortable I feel like I’ve know her for years. Would definitely recommend her to anyone for skin care needs and I always do!
