Mid August after contemplating for a month, I decided it was time (after 3 years) to cut off my waist length fine textured hair . I asked Natalie for a bob length between my jawline and shoulders. After shampoo/rinse, showed her a picture of desired cut. Natale did such a good job. It falls right back into place when styling at home with very little effort. Kudos to Natalie. Have gotten many compliments.

They were very understanding and patient with me as i had my 3M/O baby with me BUT after getting home and washing my hair i noticed the color was not blended, my hair is scorched and the cut was not close to what i had asked for. Great service, got me in a seat with reasonable timing. My stylist was very nice. My hair turned out amazing, and she even put it in an updo so could wear it to work with no problems. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be going back next time I need my hair done. Perms

Update- The owner called me personally to apologize and was very nice. She assured me that the girl was fired and she (being the owner) didn’t tolerate that kind of customer service. I thanked her and felt better about the experience and felt like the owner really cared about the customer service at her salon.

The last couple time we went, I felt like my son received a good haircut. This time both of boys haircuts were not great. My oldest son’s hair was an inch longer on one side than the other. Was very disappointed, probably won’t be back.

Although I didn’t recieve a haircut this day my other half did. There was no wait and the staff was friendly. When I need my next hair cut this is where I’m going. He was very pleased with his haircut. They were very reasonable with there prices. And come to find out a mans cut on Monday is only ten dollars. I will be back to give them my business.
