I come in before work. I am very limited on the time I have. I time it with a ten minute window. I got here at 8:15 it is 8:32 and the girl can’t figure out how to start the beds. I’ve always gone to the San Marcos location and they are amazing. Someone needs to train these people second time this week this has happened. There other people in their rooms waiting for their beds to turn on what a disaster this location is.

I rushed to get here 15 min before closing to get a tan in and for some reason the location was already closed. Not the first time this has happened at this specific location. employees should really stick to the hours that are set. Also noticed multiple people pulling up and being misguided by the hours as well.

Usually ok, I just do not like that these are franchise, and so different rules and like this place for instance does not give you booties or nose plugs when you spray tan. So you never know what to expect at each location. !!!! I pay $100.00 per month and they used to treat us great, but with the excuse of Covid, they now do not give us goggles when utilizing any of the beds, the towels are no more and the robes we once wore is no longer either. Looks like I’m going on a trip just packing my gear bag to do a simple tan or spa treatment. No more complimentary water either
