Amber has helped me repair my hair and get it back to a great shine and color. Excellent service! First off, I am from out of state and desperately needed a haircut. Not only were they timely in calling me back to book the appointment, they provided a thorough consultation before ever touching my hair. Rita did outstanding. I love the cut and style. She spent ample time going through pictures of what I like and don’t like. She took time to understand how I style my hair daily and how I never style my hair. I truly felt cared for and valued. I have already looked at the calendar to book my next appointment during our vacation in a couple months. This kind of customer service is what sets businesses apart from the rest. Oh yes, the environment is clean, smells great and they offer complimentary beverages….definite perks! 🙂
