Such a nice peaceful place. The staff is friendly and do their very best to accommodate and make sure each client is completely happy with the service. Shen did my dip powder nail and gel pedicure. They guy who did my pedicure was very nice and friendly. He took his time and did not rush through the ped but the skin on my heels literally looks worse than when I came in which is insane. 3 stars for how accommodating they were with my last minute appointment and for the leg massage.

First and last time. This is based on my personal experience at this Location. Everyone is different, so you are always welcome to come and get your own. The place is in a nice neighborhood; they also have a parking lot. First I didn’t feel welcomed. Second, they didn’t give me the best service. My nails wasn’t done perfectly at all for the price. Overall not a five-star nails salon.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value’ve been going to Glow Nails all throughout the pandemic, ever since they were referred to me by a beauty professional whose opinion I trust highly. Kristy is wonderful, as are all of her staff. They pay such attention to your nails, both the way they look when you come out and also the health of the nail itself. I get gel manicures every three weeks, and a pedicure once a month. Their gel manicures stay longer than anyone else’s and are really lovely. And wow the pedicures come with a leg/foot deep tissue massage that makes me feel amazing! The Glow staff who do the pedicure massages are just incredible. What drew me to Glow was their attention to cleanliness and social distancing/PPE during the pandemic… a high level which Kristy and her staff maintain all the time anyway. I had an appointment today and Lilly did my Gel Manicure, I just can’t say enough about the experience it was heavenly. No need to say this will be my Nail Salon from now on,. It’s very hard to please me but for once someone got it right, the location the great Customer Service everything was on point. Thank You Glow Nail Salon for such a great experience

I got a refill on with gel french design. She drilled my nails pretty thin just to literally only put acrylic on the area where my nails grew. Also the nails on my left hand is longer than the right and the polish and shape just isn’t doing it for me AT ALL. Upon checkout my Apple Cash payment was in the middle of being processed when someone else came and told me they don’t accept it, canceled it then changed me extra “because I was using a card” when that wasn’t the first time I’ve used my card and didn’t get this “extra charge. I’ve give this place 3 tries…. I’m done. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I brought my mom and dad in here for a pedicure, and they were in love it, the staffs were nice and done a very nice job, place was cleaned and organized, if you are looking for a local nail salon this is it.
