I’m still absolutely giddy about my experience at Indulge today! It was my first time having my hair done there and they all blew me away with the treatment I received. The owner Kim made me feel right at home, then Jennifer cut and colored my hair. Then it was onto Irma – WOW. I feel fabulous! These ladies are miracle workers! Critical: ProfessionalismSo incredibly disappointed with the complete lack of professionalism and service that we experienced. We had scheduled a massage 3 weeks in advance for my wife’s birthday. We received an appointment confirmation the day before confirming our appointment. The morning of the appointment we received a call letting us know that our appointment was cancelled. The person who called wasvery matter of fact, offered no apology for the inconvenience and also made no effort to offer additional times that we could move our appointment to. Again, just an overall very disappointing experience. I recently graduated college and moved back to the White Bear Lake area. I wanted to find a new salon to go to that was nearby, and had heard many wonderful things about Indulge Salon. I have been coming to Indulge for years, seeing Barb for My Choice and getting whatever treatment my face and skin needed on a monthly basis. I’m continually told how young I look! I recently started coming to Kylie for hair coloring & cut. She tweaked the color a bit yesterday and this is how it turned out! I’m so happy with it and have been overwhelmed with compliments!! The best facial of my life! I have been suffering from adult acne for a few years now and haven’t been able to find anything to help- to the point where I was finally about to go on acutane (which made me really nervous). I booked a facial with Barbara never thinking this would be my “cure”, but turns out it was! Barbara was so caring and thoughtful- you could tell she really loved her work and wanted you to walk away feeling the best you could. The shoulder massage was also unbelievable. The whole experience was incredible, relaxing, and informative. Barbara really took the time to talk me through my adult acne, what the cause was, and how to manage it. She provided some great suggestions for products to use and was never pushy about the sale. The owner, Kim, gave me some samples of the products I was most interested in – which helped me figure out what I really wanted to spend my money on. The entire staff was just so sweet and really made you feel pampered and cared for- not to mention my skin now looks a million times better and as a result I feel better and more confident.
