I am not a review poster! Having said that, I am posting one now. Great atmosphere, great people. From the welcome drink to the professional attitude of the staff, everything was excellent. However, the star of the show was Vesna. I came in looking to completely change styles. She was consultative, understanding and offered her advice as a professional. Where do you get that in today’s society? I love my cut and can’t say enough about her skills! All around excellence. I’m Sergio is now my Barber shop and Vesna is my stylist. Period.

Received a terrible haircut yesterday, was turned around backwards so I could not stop the problem as it was happening. Very unfortunate for a $45 haircut. Tough Nickel proves to still be significantly better, unfortunately they closed early on Saturday and was in a pinch. Never again.

This was my first experience at I’m Sergio & definitely not my last! I was pleasantly surprised to receive a hot towel while getting my hair shampooed.
