Ah!! Where to start- this place is horrible. I called in for a procedure which had free consultation but still they took my CC info n when i hangup after making an appointment i saw they charged me $100 n when i called back to ask the manager was so rude n said it was for opening up your account n i was like what account? I didn’t even get any procedure done nor even I’m sure after the consultation I’ll go for a procedure with your clinic n then this women got supper furious n said the money is not returnable you can use it for anything. Apparently i had no choice n went for consultation n ended up not going for the procedure with them as they don’t have knowledgeable staff n poor technology. N i asked for a hydrafacial so i can use my deposit money ( which they took for no reason) n they scheduled me for this location n i specifically asked you sure its Barrington location n she made sure yes we do hydrafacial here. On the day of appointment i took day off from work , drove an hour to get here just to find out that oh it was a mistake we don’t do facials here n i was scheduled at Rochford location ? Meanwhile i kept receiving appointment reminders of Barrington location just a night before of appointment as well. I was so done with this stupid staff and poor management. Do NoT waste your money n time here they aren’t worth sh**t
