The place is filthy…..beds are old, like VERY old and cracked also…Owner looks like he just grabbed whatever out of the dirty laundry then went to work…never has shoes on…has their little kid and dog are in there quite often. Overall a very unprofessional approach to doing business.

I drive almost 40 miles one way to tan here going on three years now, and here’s why: Hot Spot Tanning Salon has excellent deals on tanning packages and a great selection of maintained beds including a stand up unit. The place itself has a laid back, plant filled oasis like atmosphere that feels like I’m back in Clearwater again. They have a huge selection of lotions and other tanning essentials like lotion samples, stickers, and t-shirts! Five stars all the way!

When Inlived in Fremont, it took me awhile to find a tanning salon I really liked & felt was what I was looking for. I tan for seasonal depression, to look more toned, relax and I like having a year round glow. I LOVED tanning here. The staff was so nice. Huge beds, clean rooms- Also their lotion deals are unbeatable. I’ve never been able to find another salon like this and all though it’s sad for me! I recommend this place for anyone in this area…. They do teeth whitening too— Great place.

Was misinformed when I asked different questions. Employee seemed to really be lacking in knowledge of Policy & promotions. Called again today, 2 days later and different employee kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain then said she’s worked there for 4yrs & if it was up to her to decide she would not honor promotion I was misinformed on and advised me she is not as nice as the owner Jeremy & I need to call back another time to speak to him. As far as Jeremy I can’t say but the Rep I talked to today definitely needs training on Customer Service skills & how to speak to customers/potential customers with good customer service skills. Prices may be lower than 24/7 Tan however I would take a company that offers great Customer Service skills over a minimal price difference.

i hated this place i went to go get a spray tan that my husband got a gift card for and came out looking like i went threw mud then they sent me home with self tanners and it did nothing so i went back to get my money and they said it was my lost
