I have been a customer for a long time and have always loved my experience and results. The owner and nail technicians work hard and efficiently to provide the best service. I saw some bad reviews about the service and I have to disagree. After more than a year, I will continue to go back and get my nails done here. It’s always clean, they treat me well and I have beautiful nails that last me 3 weeks (I get gel). I recommend people to come here.

I read the previous reviews this place has received and I have to disagree. I’ve been a client for over 1 year and they’ve always kept a consistent quality. My gel nail polish always lasts 2 weeks or more. I’m a picky customer and I’ve never left their salon disappointed or unsatisfied. The place has always been clean and organized. I’ve been to other salons where they refill OPI and DND nail polish bottles with cheaper and of lesser quality nail polish – that’s has never been the case here. You can always pick your color from the color palette and it’s exactly the same.

Don’t go to this place. The attention is terrible. The manger is rude offensive. I asked her to let me try the color on my nail and she yelled at me and offended me in front of all the people. They damaged the nail on my foot, they stuck a bloody pedicure tool into my one and it made a hole in my nail. In addition, the materials they use are of poor quality, they do not last at all, the next day they already rose. Run away from this place

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI’m usually a walk in and I love how quickly they sit me. I enjoy the massage chairs (it’s a big factor for me). I did gel manicure and they applied a good amount of coating. My nails usually last 3 weeks or more. And my favorite part, they have a loyalty program, after 10 visits, I got a $20 discount on my nails today

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe service is terrible! The lady didn’t even greet me. The nail filling was uneven and as much as I tried to explain it to her, she continued doing the same. The color used for my toes did not match the olor of the deep. They aregued that it never matches. Then that is something they should advertise everywhere. Additionally, there are no towels nor paper towels to dry your hands with, after the wash. The service is terrible! The lady didn’t even greet me. The nail filling was uneven and as much as I tried to explain it to her, she continued doing the same. The color used for my toes did not match the olor of the deep. They aregued that it never matches. Then that is something they should advertise everywhere. Don’t ever come here, the owner has the nastiest attitude no lie. I never write reviews but please understand that she will talk to you then talk in Chinese to her staff about the situation. She’s so ghetto, and has no type of class to be a boss, I had an appointment at 12:00pm and came at 12:05pm, she had someone already in the chair and was half way done with the persons nails…. Had the nerve to tell me that she took someone else because I’m 5 mins late so she thought I was gonna wait an HR. Beware of the way she handles situations, she’s not even all that as a nail tech to be having that type of attitude, you would think she’s doing Beyoncé nails or something

Critical: ProfessionalismI visit this salon before my trip to Vegas and had a wonderful experience. Spider did my full set acrylic nails and they looked amazing. I just called today at 12:47 pm to book an appointment for a refill and pedicure. The lady by the name of Vivian was rude and unprofessional. She lectured me because I did not mention who I preferred for my acrylic refill. There is absolutely no reason any paying customer should be treated with such disrespectful attitude. Her final words were, “Do you want it or not I am busy. I told her how I felt about her attitude and she completely disregarded me. I asked her if she was the salon owner and she replied no I am the manager. Critical: ProfessionalismI came here once and loved how Nina did my nails and my experience. Sadly today i felt like the owner was consistently being rude to me for no reason. I felt so uncomfortable, almost like she was badgering me. I called to setup my appointment with Nina and was told that she was available at 2pm. I was not asked what service I wanted. I arrived at 1:45 to be early and was not helped until 2:30pm. When the manager saw that I had dip she approached me in a confrontational manner telling me that I should’ve told her I was doing dip and not a manicure which I don’t know at what point I could have told her because she never asked when I called what I was doing. When I told her they never asked me what service I wanted she then told me that that’s not true because she always asks. I stayed quiet because I did not want to argue with her. Then I asked Nina later on if she could remove my cuticles which she did for me the first time that I came and I was charged only $5 for that service. The manager then interrupts my conversation and says that I will be charged $10 for the service. I explain to her that last time I came I was charged only $5 and then she said that they can only do it for $5 if I don’t soak. I agreed because I did not want to go back and forth but the first time I came they did soak my hands and remove the cuticles for $5. Then when paying the manager did not ask if I wanted to leave a tip and told me to bring cash for tip in the future again in a confrontational manner. I feel like she had an issue with me and I’m not sure why but after my experience here I will not be back.
