I was disappointed because I attempted to come back for a second time to get braids I happened to text her like normal will confuse me is I asked her if she had any availability and she said no instead of being professional and letting me know what day she had she just said no and refused to answer me any further rather never go back here..

Helena does a beautiful job braiding hair, definitely 5 stars but I marked it as 1 star because she has a horrible attitude. She is disrespectful, rude, and acts like she is doing someone a favor doing their hair when it’s something she’s paid to do. When you question her or tell her how you want your hair, she’s very flippant with her tongue. Also when customers come in to schedule an appointment, she’s quick to brush them off and says rude comments when they leave. She is not humble or appreciative of her clientele. As I said previously, she does great hair but it’s not worth dealing with her attitude and I will never return.

The ladies were very nice. The lady that did my hair was VERY gentle with the base braids. She listened when I told her about my hair issues. However, there was WAY too much hair used in my crochet braids, making them VERY heavy. The price was reasonable.

Wasted my gas, time and money booking me for an appointment just to cancel on me the morning of then rescheduled for the afternoon. I get there and there’s a bunch of girls waiting ahead of me. A scam. Horrible customer service and only cares about money.

Called to get braided and they told me to call on the day i wanted to go for the appointment. Didnt take my name done or anything. I called and they said they were full. Their braids looked tacky anyway
