Completely ruined my hair. I asked for a trim and light thinning because my hair is really thick. I’ve been growing my hair out and stressed that I wanted to keep the length. They tried to push a bob cut on me, which I declined… so she hacked at my hair instead. It’s awful and layered all over, completely thinned out.. can’t even put it in a ponytail to conceal. She worked too quickly for me to speak up. They insult you if you try to tell them what you want. Best served if you speak Armenian/Farsi. English is spoken but not in the context needed for the services provided.

My hair is one length. I needed a one inch trim and wanted a deep conditioning. Conditioner was put on my hair and left for 10 minutes (I could have done that at home) and trim maybe took 5 minutes. I was charged $40 for the “conditioner” and $28 for the “haircut”. The conditioning was useless. I wont be coming back. Haircut

Really nice people but the lady I got didn’t know how to cut my hair :(. I have short hair and had two layers. I asked to cut my hair into the first layer. Instead, I got my hair cut into my bang layer. Now I can’t pick up my hair. It’s supper short. And the right side of my hair is longer than my left side. They also shaved the tips of my hair and blow dry my hair and then cut it. And they said it was necessary because my hair is damage. I have never in my life gotten that response nor done to my hair when I asked for a simply haircut. Usually they wet it and cut and that’s it but I really don’t understand what happened today. I have gotten my hair done here before and it always comes out nice, short or long. It was just the lady I got. Ironically She has supper short hair and wears glasses. Be careful who you let cut your hair :(.

WOW! Honestly I’ve found my dream salon for everything at last! Everyone is a pro, they all do an amazing job, so sweet and friendly, so clean and organized and well run, and the crazy part is the prices are unreal. It’s the cheapest place I’ve ever been to for a professional treatment where I get everything I want and it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I can finally not feel guilty about paying tons of money to take hair of my hair, and I’m so happy! I highly recommend this place to everyone, women, men, children, it’s amazing!
