My wife went in for nail polish and came out with scratched nail skin. The beautician was a brute in handling the fingers and would press on too hard to get dead skin off. I believe they need to pay attention to the customer. Not going back and we are out of 55$

I would give them negative stars if I can! Beware of this place. I went there twice. During my first visit I went for shampoo and blow drying. The lady was in so much rush because she wanted to take another customer who was waiting. She pulled my hair terribly gave me burns on my scalp and I had a bad hair fall. I still have her a genuine tip and considering she wanted to attend other client I forgave her. On my second visit I went there to wax my legs. Another lady did my waxing and it was horrible painful. I could never believe a salon can be this careless. I asked her to be patient and she was rude to me in her response. She didn’t do a good job as I had hairs all over my legs after waxing. I asked her to re do she said that’s the best I can do!!! Are you kidding me????? She asked me $50 for the job she didn’t even do properly. I said you don’t deserve this money and on the response she said talk to my boss.

Don’t go here for highlights! Stylist was lovely initially but the service was TERRIBLE and the salon is DIRTY!!! She was rushed and left chemicals in my hair WAY TOO long! My scalp was burning while she did another clients hair. I ended up having red hair when I went in for partial blonde highlights (I have dark blonde hair naturally so I have zero idea what she did to make my hair red). I cried when she took the towel off and clumps of hair where coming out. She argued with me that it was my fault. I’m sorry, what??? I had showed her a pic at the beginning so I’m not sure how I could have been any clearer. I’m so sad how my hair turned out and now have to find a different hair salon to fix what she did. Too bad because it’s in a great location.

I’ve tried this place twice. The first time the lady did a good job with my haircut. The second time another lady cut my hair. She did a decent job too but completely hurried through my haircut and I felt like I was being kicked out of the salon.

I went for my first facial waxing and the lady was very careless and did a terrible job resulting in the painful skin ripped off my face (as clearly shown in these photos). I went back to let her know in person, so that she can see it for herself the damage she did to my face, warn her to be much much more careful with her client, asked for a refund and gave her a chance to apologise. But she starts off by saying my skin is bad and attempts to blame me asking if I had used some type of skin peeling afterwards. She did paid me back reluctantly, but she wasn’t sorry at all and her attitude was once again “I couldn’t care less”. I would caution you 100% DO NOT come here for any form of waxing. Learn from my lesson.
