So I had a gift card here and I called to see if I could make an appointment with them. I have called only twice in the past(a month ago) during their open hours but no one has ever picked up. When the lady picked up, I asked her if she had any open availability for tomorrow and she then asked if I was “the one who keeps calling but never comes in. I said no, and this is my first time calling(with someone picking up) and she then accused me of calling and never coming. I don’t know how she would know who I was considering I never said my name(my phone number?) She ended with saying I could come in any time tomorrow. After reading the other reviews from this place, I have decided to go to a different location. I was very uncomfortable during that phone call.

I don’t recommend this place the OWNER is so RUDE, does not have customer service, she must not need our business. She has only has ONE person doing Acrylic nails and she was super nice but still learning, she had staff that Quit ( don’t blame them ) I was told by another staff member. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY give it to a business that will respect you. This place should have zero stars AND she tried to tell me why my nail polish will come off REALLY.

The front lady is RUDE. I came here to get my nails done for my wedding and even knowing that they were still rude and unwilling to accommodate. She told me that I can go to another place to get the type of nails I was asking about in a very dismissive and condescending tone. Wow. Guess you don’t care about my business.
